Delivery:
The delivery period may vary between few days and several weeks since we cannot hold all articles on stock (except spare parts for mechanics). We want to offer you a maximum standard of quality in workmanship and level of detail, thus those parts can not be made in mass production. Give us that time and we are sure to satisfy you. Spare parts are constantly on stock and can be shipped within 24 hours.
Backorders:
Whenever it is necessary yet reasonable, we will ship parts of your order. As soon, as the lacking article has reached us or has been finished, we will ship it subsequently.
Payment:
International orders
Orders from outside Australia you may choose between following forms
of payment:
- Electronic bank transfer
- Paypal
Complaints:
Even with maximum control and the most diligent packaging defective items
may occur. Please let us know immediately!
Returns:
If you are not satisfied you may return the article within 14 days after
receipt. Sending the goods back within 14 days period is deemed an acceptable
rescission of the contract. Already made payment will be refunded by JustScale
within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods. Condition for refund
is that the ordered article is neither damaged nor used.
Should the items have been damaged or used and therefore be declined in
value by the customer or a person affiliated with him, the customer has
to compensate the value of the item or it´s decline in value to JustScale.
Any claims for damages the client has against a third party, in particular
the company assigned for the return shipment, concerning destruction or
damaging, are transferred to JustScale.
Excluded from returns are:
Special orders, catalogues, videos and photo CD´s.
Please note reason for return, reasons for complaint, invoice number and client number if possible.
Shipping costs:
We usually charge the exact postage for shipping your items. When shipping
bulky items and/or parts that need extensive packaging we claim an additional
charge up to AUD 20. Express shipping will cost the additional fee that
is due.
We treat any partial shipments after economical aspects. Should a customer wish partial shipment that is not reasonable economically, we charge the additional costs either fully or in parts.
Validity of prices:
Indication of prices like 0,00 means that no pricing yet was available
from JustScale. The exact or approximated prices must be requested.
All shipments are invoiced at the prices valid on the day the order was placed if the shipping is conducted within 4 month. If the shipping takes place later than 4 month after the order took place, the prices valid on the day of shipment apply.
Guarantee / Warranty:
Deficiencies entitle to replacement of the parts or the repair, if possible. In some cases we may step back from the contract and shall refund the entire purchase. Further claims regardless on which legal argument, especially damages due to defections are excluded.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Articles manufactured on customer´s request are excluded from cancellations.
